Terms and Conditions

The customer agrees with the following Terms and Conditions of ordering Artogeia Bryoni jewelry on-line by clicking “Place order” after completing the Order Form. After the click, an agreement between the customer and Artogeia Bryoni comes into force.

An agreement is subject to the Terms and Conditions that were valid on the day of submitting the order. Deviations take force only after they are approved by Artogeia Bryoni in a written form.

Price

In accordance with the concept of single-piece production, all prices are estimated individually for every order and in Euro (€). Expenses related to value added tax (VAT) are included in the price that is sent directly to the customer individually. Delivery and insurance costs are not included in the price.

Timeframes

All deadlines are set individually and depend on the complexity of the chosen model and/or the rarity of the materials needed for production. Usually, it takes about a week to develop and finalize the design and about two weeks to produce and certify the items.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out via express carrier and package delivery company UPS. Cost of delivery is estimated in each case individually, and is provided to the customer as a separate column in the invoice. If the order exceeds € 1,000, delivery is free.

Guarantees

All Artogeia Bryoni jewelry is tested and marked by the Lithuanian Assay Office witnessing the fineness of the precious metals used in the production with accordance to the ISO standards for precious metals. The customer receives his/her Artogeia Bryoni jewelry with the State Assay Control Mark (SACM) of Lithuania, the Common Control Mark (CCM) of the EU and the Responsibility Mark (RM) of Artogeia Bryoni all stamped directly on to the item’s surface indicating the fineness of the precious metal used to make it. In some cases, the stamped marks can be substituted by a Quality Card issued by the Lithuanian Assay Office.

In case jewelry comes with precious stones, the customer also receives a Gem Report issued by the Lithuanian Assay Office’s Gem Laboratory indicating characteristics of the precious stones used.

Artogeia Bryoni uses only 14 and 18-karat gold producing golden jewelry, and silver 925o producing silver jewelry.

All marks and certification ensure authenticity of Artogeia Bryoni jewelry and strict submission to the international standards used to measure fineness of precious metals used in Artogeia Bryoni jewelry production.

All Artogeia Bryoni engagement rings and wedding bands are unique. Artogeia Bryoni’s certificate sent to the customer together with the jewelry guarantees that there will never be jewelry pieces produced with the same characteristics by and under the Artogeia Bryoni name.

Artogeia Bryoni provides lifetime service to all jewelry produced under its brand including free cleaning, polishing, and correction of objective damage.

The look of jewelry the customer receives might differ slightly from the examples demonstrated on the website. Especially much this refers to the color of metal.

When the sketch of future jewelry is created, Artogeia Bryoni takes into account all technical features of the future pieces. Thus, Artogeia Bryoni is obliged to correct the objective defects that take place as a result of inadequate attention to the preferences and requests of the customer listed in a written form. Such defects will be corrected for free and in proper time.

Artogeia Bryoni reserves the right to decide upon fulfilling subjective customer’s complains in relation to the look of jewelry or repair of such in case of damage caused by the customer.

Return of Merchandise

If the customer would like to return the purchased jewelry due to subjective reasons, he/she informs Artogeia Bryoni about that in a written form. In this case, the price of the jewelry is returned based on the Pricelist of Metals Bought from Citizens valid on the day of return of merchandise.

The returned jewelry cannot be sold again because of the uniqueness concept. Thus, Artogeia Bryoni can only melt the jewelry that is returned by customers. This is why Artogeia Bryoni can not accept the returned merchandise for its market value, or the price that was paid for it by the customer.
